12/17/99 Created the Clan Store
Clan Format:
We have newly reformed and reorginized our clan, here are the specifics: All Universal Warriors will have security clearence levels, as you raise level, your position in the clan increases, here are the levels:
Level 1 Clearence: all people in DC, get to read out clan web page
Level 2 Clearence: Clan Member, use basic clan priveliges.
Level 3 Clearence: Very Trusted Clan Member, gets to go into sub-clans, creating them now, also can bring up ideas for the clan
Level 4 Clearence: HEAVILY Trusted Clan Members, gets extra priveliges, helps bring up important decidions for the clan
Level 5 Clearence: Clan Leaders or Right Hand Man/Woman, makes important decidions for the clan and can go into "secret" information.
In Universal Warriors, we want to help you reach for the stars, if you just want a good clan, and work your way up by yourself, that's fine too. We are also awarding extra goods and services to the levels that are not listed, also, we are awarding weapons to you guys, depending on your ability in the clan. This is not the final idea, Goku and I are working on more ideas...
